The Actor's Showcase

We have an Actor's Showcase three times a year. The next one will be March 10, 2010.

The Professional Actor's Studio presents a Showcase unlike any other. This incredible night of prepared work and improvisation places the best actors in our school on center stage before a standing-room-only crowd.

This is your chance as an actor to showcase your talents for a panel of top industry guests, including casting agents, talent agents and film producers. Due to its popularity, we have several industry professionals present at the Actor's Showcase, each looking for new and exciting talent.

In addition to an entertaining night of magical performances, we invite our audience members to join us after the showcase for a reception honoring our invited industry professionals and performing actors. We also offer a delicious array of food and drinks to accompany the lively networking and conversation.

Admission price for the Actor's Showcase is only $5.00 per person. This price includes the entire night's festivities. Tickets will be sold online exclusively and will no longer be sold at the door.

Doors open at 7:15PM. We recommend that audience members arrive early. There will be no more tickets available for the event once we reach capacity.

The showcase starts promptly at 7:30 PM. Plenty of free parking is available.

Friends and Family Showcase

Free. The next showcase will be held on Saturday, March 20th, 2010, beginning at 7:30 pm. Doors open at 7:15.

The Friends and Family Showcase is a fun evening of diverse comedy and drama, which provides an opportunity for some of our best beginner actors to share their work as they prepare to move into the professional world of acting. In addition, at the end of the evening, the best actors will be invited to move up to the intermediate levels and the best male and best female actor will receive cash and free tuition for their exceptional work. See you there! Remember, our studio theatre fills up quickly, so please come early.

Live Improv Troupe Show "Playing in Traffic"

Now performing every Thursday evening at the Village Theatre through the end of the year.

Come enjoy a fun-filled evening with our professional troupe of improv actors, headed up by Brian Chapman, one of the premiere improv actors in Atlanta. Our evening of improv features musical accompaniment and total audience participation. Come play in traffic with us EVERY Saturyday night for only $10.00 a show! Doors open at 7:00pm.
